    Emily is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP, RWP) and a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200). After attending the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, she ran a catering company in Houston, Texas until deciding to pursue her passions of health and wellness. She believes that food is medicine and that our best chance for healing is to look at the body as a complex system rather than as a series of separate parts.
