Nutritional Therapy

As your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I will be your guide and detective in navigating your health story. Together, looking at your health history, lifestyle, food and mood journals, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, and lab results, we will uncover the habits, food sensitivities and nutrition needs that may be holding you back from reaching your health goals. As humans, we are bio-diverse organisms and no two people have the same genome expression, environment, or daily life and stressors. Nutritional Therapy will help you discover your own personal map to a higher health; we didn’t get where we are today overnight, this will be a process, but together, we will find your individual next steps to put you on the right path in your health journey.

Initial Consultation/90-120 minutes $215

All documents must be completed at least 48 hours before appointments. During the Initial Consultation, we will discuss your health goals, review your materials, reveal which systems need support and create a plan.

Follow-Up Sessions/30-60 minutes $90

Follow-Up sessions take place 4-6 weeks after the Initial Interview. We will note progress and decide next steps. The number of sessions needed is individual to each client. Must be within 6-months of previous visit, otherwise, an additional Initial Consultation is suggested.

Lab Sessions $150 + cost of labs and shipping

It may be determined at an Initial Consultation or Follow-Up session that a client may benefit from a deeper dive facilitated by lab testing.

Lab tests available include: The GI Map, The MRT Food Sensitivity Test, Blood Chemistry Labs, and Adrenal and Hormone Tests
